Astrolabe Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
Our most famous wine — classic, elegant and complex.
Flavours of gooseberry, white currant and makrut lime.
Perfect as an aperetif or served with mint and corriander salads, roasted peppers and white fish.

Astrolabe Marlborough Pinot Gris
A crowd-pleasing aromatic white wine — dry and extremly versitile.
Flavours of blossom, pear, quince and spice.
An excellent wine with food. Serve with turkey and all poultry, salmon and egg-based dishes.

Astrolabe Marlborough Chardonnay
An elegant chardonnay — creamy and full-bodied with toasty oak.
Flavours of vanilla, cream, peach, toasted nuts.
Pair with poultry, roasted potatoes, mushrooms, creamy or cheesy dishes, and miso or sesame dressings.
