Experience Range

And now for something different. Wines in this range demonstrate Simon's innovative treatment of specific parcels of fruit and his willingness to challenge the 'everyday' winemaking process. Simon loves to experiment while capturing the raw, ethereal and sometimes undiscovered qualities of individual grape varieties.

Wines in the Experience range all come in 6 packs and are the Noble Riesling, The Rocks Pinot Gris and Astrolabe Farm Riesling

  • 2007 Noble Riesling

Aroma: Rich fragrant apricot and citrus aromas. Palate: Sumptuous sweet fruit, with apricot and citrus peel flavours, and a honeyed texture. This will continue to develop rewarding flavour and and bottle complexity with ageing, but is showing the most pronounced varietal characters in the first blush of youth.
