Astrolabe Appoints New GM

The board of Astrolabe Wines is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Yank as its new General Manager.

Jason is 33, married to Liselot, and has two boys Joe and Sid. He has a dual honours degree from Holland University/Hogeschool Holland and the University of Wolverhampton in European Business Administration, with a double major in Marketing Communication and Design and Human Resource Management. His career has encompassed work as varied as retail management, corporate head-hunting, pruning and most recently was the Business Development Manager for Ormond Nurseries Group.

The Board were impressed by Jason’s academic and business success. He brings to Astrolabe youth, acumen, experience, ambition and energy. He is perfectly suited to consolidate Astrolabe’s premium brand position, and guide the company through the growth and development changes ahead.

 Sally Lewis is retiring from her role as the current Managing Director but will remain involved in the company at a shareholder and at Board level.
